About Phototherapy Patches
LifeWave light therapy technology was invented by American scientist David Schmidt while working on research projects for the United States Army.

My story with Silent Night:

My story with X39:

LifeWave X39 patch and other LifeWave patches use a type of light therapy commonly described as phototherapy / photobiomodulation using infrared light.
1. Infrared phototherapy (main mechanism)
According to the manufacturer, the patches work with infrared light produced naturally by your body as heat. The patch is designed to capture and reflect certain wavelengths of that infrared light back into the skin.
